Arrival time: no imperative, but the rooms will be made available no later than 2pm depending on the time of departure of the previous guests.

Departure time: 12:00 noon.

 

The company lebureauschiepan reserves the right to charge an additional night in case the departure time is not respected.
The price of the bedroom includes breakfast.

Breakfast is served between 8am and 11am

All bedrooms have a 180 cm wide double bed, except bedroom A (160cm wide double bed). It is not possible to add an extra bed or a crib. Le Collatéral is not adapted for children under the age of 15.

A locked and secured parking is available upon reservation: the rate is €25 per day.

Le Collatéral and all the bedrooms are non-smoking. An additional cleaning fee of 150 Euros will be charged to any person not complying with this rule. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Candle lighting and food consumption in the rooms are forbidden.

Animals are not allowed.

Guests are expected to respect the civil conventions of occupation and to behave in all respects according to the usual rules of courtesy. Upon their arrival, guests will receive a key for the main door so they can come and go as they please. However, we kindly ask our customers to be discreet when they come back late. Please note that we will charge an extra €150 on your credit card if you lose the key.

Access to Le Collatéral is strictly limited to customers and their guests. There is no kitchen area for customers, and we kindly request that you do not picnic in the room. This is however possible in the Grand salon or on the terrace after ordering a home-made take away from the staff. It is also forbidden to do laundry in the bathrooms, which are not equipped for this purpose.

Please do not use towels to remove makeup or to clean shoes. The company lebureauschiepan reserves the right to charge the cost of replacing towels or bed linen stained by makeup or shoe polish.

In the event of non-compliance with these rules or the elementary rules of civility, the management reserves the right to charge for the entire stay and to demand the immediate departure of the client.

Swimming spa

A swimming spa is available upon reservation. It is charged 80 euros for a 45-minute occupancy for a maximum of 2 people. This spa is available, by reservation only, exclusively to Le Collatéral's adult clients. Access to and use of the swimming spa is the sole and entire responsibility of the client, who acknowledges having previously acquainted himself/herself with the premises and their exceptional characteristics. In this respect, the client acknowledges that the company lebureauschiepan cannot be held liable for any damage or accident occurring during the use of the premises and the swimming spa.

Special Conditions of sale

Contrat

The contract is deemed concluded as soon as the booking has been confirmed in writing, by any means of communication (mobile phone text message, email or postal mail). However, the purchase order becomes final only when a deposit amounting to 50 percent of the total value of the stay has been paid or, in case of a specific flat rate, when the integral cost of the service has been settled. Any booking enquiry implies the express and complete acceptance of our general and special conditions of sale, the acknowledgement of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation to invoke any other sales conditions or any other conditions.

Rates

The rates published on the website are provided for the sole purpose of information and may be modified at any time without prior notice. They are expressed in Euros, VAT included.

They do not include local tourist taxes, insurances, personal expenses.

Rates that are confirmed on the day of the booking cannot be revised otherwise than for including eventual variations in taxes linked to the service provided. In this case, customers will have the possibility, once they have been informed, to cancel their reservation without any penalty or any recourse with the company.

Modification – Cancellation

Any modification or cancellation, partial or full, must be notified by the client in writing. Your request for cancellation or modification will be considered accepted as soon as we have confirmed it in writing. Cancellations made over the telephone must be confirmed in writing.

• The 50% deposit is definitively due 72 hours prior to the beginning of the stay.

• Same day cancellation or no show: 100 % of the stay is due.

 

The company cannot be held responsible for fortuitous events, force majeure or nuisance that may disrupt, interrupt or prevent the stay. Any services not consumed in this respect will remain due and will not give rise to any reimbursement.

Some packages or promotional rates that may be offered on the website or by telephone cannot be modified nor refunded. Since the full amount of the stay is payable upon booking, there will be no refund whatever the date or cause of cancellation. Customers must make sure they have a proper cancellation/interruption policy (available with some credit cards). Should this not be the case, they will be held entirely responsible for purchasing a proper cancellation and multiple risk insurance policy.

 

Disputes

Any dispute will be submitted to the assessment of the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the department (département) of Bouches du Rhône, the applicable law being French law.
